If you are passionate about seafood cooked with tradition, soul, and a touch of Louisiana flair, Lagneaux’s is a destination not to miss.
The food here was fantastic. I came to eat boiled crabs and I left very satisfied. The all you can eat seafood buffet is only $25.99 plus tax which is very reasonable for a seafood buffet. I will be going back soon to enjoy some boiled crawfish once the season begins. I would encourage anyone who loves seafood to visit Lagneaux’s.
They have the ultimate cajun seafood buffet! They will literally serve you all the boiled blue crab you can eat. The price is right and the service just can not be any better. If you love Cajun seafood, this is the place! Go on your Birthday and get an awesome discount!
Wife wanted to take me out to eat for my birthday & I wanted seafood. Living in Alexandria our dining selection is limited when it comes to seafood. Have known about Lagneauxs for years & finally decided to give it a try & I wasn't disappointed. Great selection of fresh food buffet style and the selection had generous amounts of great Cajun foods. Definitely worth the drive.. Arrived just before opening time and had a few of us waiting on opening however when we left, the parking lot was packed. I can only imagine the crowd when crawfish is in season.. long story short, definitely worth the drive and I will eat there again for sure... Our server, Amy l, was very attentive...
On vacation in LA, searched out seafood buffet and Lagneaux's is advertised as the best. I was really craving a variety of seafood and was very disappointed to find only shrimp, fried catfish and crab on the buffet. The rest was gumbos, picante's, etc.. The fried fish was excellent, the shrimp and crab fresh and excellent as was the other dishes they had. I was just hoping from there pictures on the website that there would be more variety of seafood.
My friends and I drove in from Alexandria la to eat here. I feel the food was seasoned to perfection. It was my first time to eat here and I truly experienced cajun food. I had corn on the cob, red potatoes, boudin, catfish, etouffee, my food was all delicious. Our server was on point in making sure we enjoyed our food. The atmosphere reminded me of a good Ole maw and paw restaurant. I would definitely eat here again.
